According to my notes in 2004, this character's name was "the Avenging Angel." You may call her... Chelsea.

This is another "deleted" strip from the era, never before seen by human eyes (save mine, I suppose). It was fully inked on paper and thus ready to go, I just never posted it online. My reasons for this are vague and nebulous, as the strip itself certainly seems about on par with other material I was posting at the time. If I had to guess as to my own motives, I'd say I was worried about introducing an utterly random new super-villain, who isn't even named within the comic itself. I'm not a big fan of confusion. It's possible I also just didn't find it funny at the time. My past self was cagey and unpredictable.
